We know you too have been mourning the loss of legendary Lower East Side bar, Max Fish, since it shuttered its iconic doors in late July. I personally will forever cherish my Ryan Gosling sighting. I'll never forget the several times I got accidentally struck by a pool stick (it was always really crowded!) as a result of bouncing around too much because of the blaring jukebox. A neighborhood staple since 1989, Max Fish became a second home to many over the years, including a slew of PBR-chugging artists. (And also, Johnny Depp.) So, what better place to bring Max Fish back to life than in Miami Beach for Art Basel? DKNY x DKNY Jeans did exactly that last week -- you're very welcome -- by partnering with Klughaus Gallery, whose artists magically transformed the interior of South Beach's Radio bar into the funky Ludlow Street joint. Throughout the week, Max Fish was alive and rocking, attracting yet again a slew of PBR-chugging artists, the downtown it kids (like DKNY Jeans' blogger and stylist, Ian Bradley), and even a Jemima Kirke (aka Jessa from HBO's 'Girls'!) sighting. The kick-off bash featured a hair-whipping-heavy guitarist battle with the party raging on throughout the week complete with a killer performance from G. Love and several guest DJ sets. In other words, we're still recovering. We have a feeling this isn't the last you'll see from Max Fish…
